DAVID BUTCHER – FOUNDER
I was born in Columbus Ohio way back in 1974 “GO BUCKS” ! As a young boy I spent most of my time with my grandfather tending to his lush garden & running from his seven feisty chihuahuas. I always loved spending time with him playing baseball & building castles with all the soda & beer cans he collected, but I especially enjoyed the time he spent teaching me about life. He knew there was great value in passing on his knowledge & experience, his love & understanding & also his discipline & work ethic. I eagerly looked forward to each & every day I was able to be with him.
Unfortunately those days came to an abrupt end when my parents & I moved to Phoenix, AZ in 1982. The move was tough on us all & changed our family forever, as I only saw my Grandfather two more times after the move & before he passed. Coming to Arizona was a big change that came with a ton of emotions that were both difficult to understand & to accept. But, once I settled in I loved everything about Arizona, the beautiful landscape, the wildlife, the weather & most of all the amazing people. Arizona has so many transplants from all over the world which creates immense diversity in our local culture. I truly consider myself lucky to call Arizona home & I have come to know so many others that feel exactly as I do.
My values started with my grandfather & they have been reinforced over my time growing up in the great state of Arizona. I know I am who I am today because of all the amazing people that took the time to get to know me and care about me, all the incredible human beings that have dramatically influenced the person I am today, “thank you”. This is why I feel it’s my responsibility to be a positive influence & bring value to each & every relationship I’m in. It starts with my faith, family & friends but doesn’t stop there, I strongly believe in supporting the community on a personal level & to make a difference. This is why my team & I will always prioritize being a leader & a positive resource for our communities development & growth. I am a mentor in my profession to all the people that I serve & also to the people that I serve with, day in & day out…a true mortgage professional.
