Who is Danielle O’Neill?

I have a lot of experience to offer, I have an amazing underwriting and operations team, very fast turn times, awesome rates, and programs to match. I was a loan processor for 15 years, so I know what to look for and how to package a loan for the underwriters. I take my time so I can accurately review applications, to ensure my clients are not looking for a home that they do not qualify for or being placed into a loan product that doesn’t best suit them. Communication is key, so I keep all parties in the loop of the transaction every step of the way, so you never have to reach out to me wondering the status. I take pride in what I do, and I absolutely love helping people!

I was born and raised in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I moved to Chandler, Arizona in 2003 and have been here ever since (not missing the cold and snow one bit). My husband and I have 2 boys & 2 girls. Our boys are away at college furthering their education and playing ball. Our 2 daughters are both your typical teenage girl and keep us very busy as well. Being that the boys are away, we try to travel to see them as often as we can. With having such a large family, there really isn’t ever a dull moment or much “down time”. When I do have “me time” I like to be outdoors, on the lake, running, or anything that doesn’t involve a T.V.

I am excited to serve you as your loan officer, and my goal is to be your mortgage gal for life. I promise to not let you down!
